This Privacy Policy explains how Availoo Services Private Limited ("Availoo," "we," "us," or "our") and the companies operating under it — Voyantra, Convera Events, Staycove, and Circuvolt — collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our websites, products, or services.

Because each company serves a different purpose — travel booking, event management, hotel software, and electronics manufacturing — the specific data each one collects can differ. This policy covers all of them at a group level; each company may also publish more detailed, service-specific terms on its own platform.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you give us directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details when you book travel, register for an event, sign up for Staycove, or place an order with Circuvolt.
• Information collected automatically — such as device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Information from third parties — such as confirmation details from airlines, hotels, or payment processors when completing a booking or transaction on your behalf.
• Business information — such as company name, GSTIN, or order details, where you are interacting with us as a business customer, for example through Staycove or Circuvolt.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process bookings, orders, payments, and event registrations.
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
• Operate and improve our products, including Staycove's hotel management features.
• Send booking confirmations, transactional updates, and — where you've agreed to receive them — service updates or offers.
• Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations applicable in India.
• Detect and prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our services:

• With airlines, hotels, venues, and other travel or event suppliers, to complete a booking made through Voyantra or Convera Events.
• With payment processors and banks, to process transactions securely.
• With service providers who support our operations, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and customer support tools, under confidentiality obligations.
• With other companies under Availoo, where reasonably necessary to provide a service you've requested across more than one of our businesses.
• With government or regulatory authorities, where required by Indian law.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations (including record-keeping requirements under Indian law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by company and data type; for example, booking and billing records are typically retained longer than browsing data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted data access — to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for any account you hold with us.

Our services are intended for use by adults capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
