Availoo Services Private Limited is a holding company. Voyantra, Convera Events, Staycove, and Circuvolt are operated as independent businesses, each responsible for its own products, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations. Where you book a service or sign a contract with one of these companies, that company — not Availoo directly — is the contracting party for that transaction, unless stated otherwise in writing.
You agree to use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Some services, such as Staycove, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Prices, availability, and booking conditions for flights, trains, buses, hotels, and event services are set by the relevant suppliers and displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Cancellation and refund terms for bookings are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, as well as any supplier-specific conditions disclosed at the time of booking.
For Circuvolt manufacturing orders, pricing, lead times, and payment terms are agreed separately in a purchase order or contract between Circuvolt and the customer, and these Terms apply in addition to that agreement.
All content on our websites — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Availoo or the relevant operating company, or is used under licence, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Availoo and its operating companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or venues. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platforms. You may stop using our services at any time; certain obligations, such as outstanding payments, will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
